About Brian Simas Illustrates for commissions, assignments, and for fun. His love for drawing grew at an early age and he went on winning first place in his division for the statewide American Smoke Out Art Contest in 1994 at the age of five. A year later he again won first place for the Science in Every Window Art Contest. In his Elementary School years he won first place every year for the local school wide art contests. Years later Brian attended Rhode Island School of Design for a few semesters and completed courses in both Cartooning and Comics. Now in his twenties, he is working on completing his BA in Studio Art at Rhode Island College. Besides art Brian also enjoys Tetris, buffalo wings, Wing-Chun, concerts, Badminton, and his dog Sake. |
